Architectural Drafting is the first phase of the building process and is a collaboration with the Everest Estate Homes’ team and your personal vision as the prospective homeowner. This phase is a combination of both technology — through drawings, sketches, and outlines — and aesthetic, where your style and preferences will be united with your family’s needs for functionality and all official project requirements.

Interior design is the second phase in the building process and our professionally trained designer will work closely with you and with our architects to ensure that your space will not only be functional, but will also fit your personal aesthetic and lifestyle. A well designed interior will impact your experience within your home and should take into account all the elements of the build, including details like its surroundings, vertical and horizontal surfaces, use of colour, and fixtures.

Interior Decorating is separate from the design process in that it focuses more specifically on the aesthetic portions of your home that do not contribute to the home’s structural integrity. When individuals think of interior design, often what they imagine is this phase of decorating. While our interior decorators have inspiring ideas of their own — and are happy to share them with you — they are also always excited to hear about your vision for the project and will work with you on purchasing items that will bring your home to life exactly the way you always pictured it in a cohesive and calming way.

The law requires that all homes built in Ontario be provided with a warranty upon signing the Agreement of Purchase and Sale. This coverage remains in effect for up to 7 years. This warranty includes financial protection before taking possession as well as protection for any construction deficits after taking possession.
Everest Estate Homes is responsible for paying the warranty enrolment fee to Tarion and this fee is paid before the start of construction to ensure that you, the client, are covered. The three types of coverage included in this warranty are:
deposit protection
delayed closing/occupancy coverage
financial loss coverage for contract homes
